Chris's Best Self-Care Tip

Chris maintains balance by incorporating regular time off during his working week.  For example he always has Monday afternoons off.  Chris says “look to be in it for a long career!” and suggests building time into your week to recharge your batteries with RENEWING activities.  For him those are kayaking and going to the movies.
